3. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice.

4. SHIPPING
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

• Courier delays

• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

• Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@modeenergy.net with photographic evidence.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
